My guess is that it is a memory that wanted to be shared to anyone who comes to this special place. I am a foreigner and this is my first trip to San Marcos Texas so I don’t really understand what this sign on the fence means. This location is unique in that many people leave what looks like a memorial on the guardrail. If you’ve never been to this place before and are wondering what it looks like then in the video review above you’ll see that Devil’s Backbone is a picnic spot. What can be expected from this Texas scenic drive?
